We are currently looking to appoint an ERP Specialist to join the Information Systems department at Renault Sport Racing. This role, working within a small in-house ERP team, covers the support, maintenance, and ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations 7.3 (D365FO) environment and associated systems and processes. This exciting role offers the chance to work closely in all areas of the wider Team and with our Microsoft Partner to provide excellent delivery of all ERP processes.

Core Responsibilities include:

-  Supporting all aspects of ERP including business user support and detailed functional support for users
-  Providing proactive support and addressing longer term issues
-  Gathering requirements for changes, releases and functional processes
-  Co-ordinating, testing, and deploying D365FO releases and code changes
-  Providing a good overall functional understanding of the D365FO solution
-  Acting as an ERP functional expert for the wider team including all departments and all levels
-  Managing the support, troubleshooting, and escalation of any technical issues
-  Adhering to the change management process before implementing any changes to systems

Core Technical skills required include:

-  Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 onwards, including services, frameworks, reporting, and releases
-  In-depth understanding of the following functional processes in D365FO:
o Manufacturing and Stock Management
o Procurement (Purchase Ledger)
o Finance
-  Proven experience supporting, maintaining, managing and implementing ERP related systems
-  Experience in managing the release process of projects/updates/releases.
-  Knowledge and experience of development of D365FO Extensions code (x++) desirable
-  Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and associated systems desirable

This role requires a high level of commitment and the ability to work individually, as part of a small team, and as part of the wider department, providing a pro-active and efficient service to the Team. Very good customer facing communication and organisational skills are essential as this role involves a large amount of user interaction for both support and functional analysis.
