An opportunity exists for a highly talented individual as a Transmission Dyno Engineer.Transmission Dyno Engineer – The RoleThe purpose of this role is to ensure reliable and consistent running of the transmission dynos and to support the group’s testing and development activities. The position is varied and exciting which includes:•Running and developing the Enstone transmission dynos to achieve the dyno test program.•Running of and assisting with the organising of tests and sign-offs for the following systems and rigs: gearbox, clutch, car hydraulic rig, starter motor and BBW•Analysis of data generated during Enstone dyno tests•Reporting on Enstone dyno tests•Research and development for specific projectsTransmission Dyno Engineer – The PersonReporting to the Head of Transmission Dyno Group, the successful candidate will be an Engineering graduate with experience of testing mechanical and hydraulic systems. You will possess a good knowledge of Matlab, Simulink and Stateflow – ideally with knowledge of MES tools and an understanding of motorsport transmissions.
