Renault F1 Team have an excellent opportunity to join our Aerodynamics Team as a Graduate Software Developer.

The Role

You will improve our existing software and create ambitious new tools to more efficiently extract and understand results from wind tunnel, track and CFD. Assisting the engineers by developing capabilities to compare aerodynamic data across these domains in an intuitive and seamless manner. Candidates must have a formal background in software development. Experience with modern web technologies and databases would be beneficial. The successful candidate would ideally have some experience with unit testing and consider computational complexity when writing performant software.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in some of the following technologies:
* Python
* Javascript, React, Redux
* Databases (SQL and MongoDB)
* Docker

We are technologically open minded. We will adopt any technology should it provide a demonstrable advantage to us.

The Person

We are looking for individuals that can demonstrate technical competence as well as a collaborative, creative, and proactive approach to their work. The right attitude and drive to succeed is vital to our success. The candidate will be organised, methodical and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and articulate challenging concepts in understandable terms.

The successful candidate will think creatively and demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results, under pressure and within tight timescales.
