Sports performance in and out

Power & style

Renault Sport’s first car produced outside Europe keeps features such as the best-in-class interior room and boot size that made the original Sandero famous and adds major changes in terms of powertrain, transmission, suspension and braking systems to produce a genuine sports car. Add in distinctive R.S. styling both inside and out and the result is a car that drives as good as it looks. Speed, safety and comfort combined for pure driving pleasure.

A DRIVE TO SUIT YOU

Dial in your preferred driving mode on the Sandero R.S. 2.0 – standard, sport and racing – depending on your mood, and settle back for the ride of your life. Electric power steering, a six-speed transmission with short gear ratios for added sportiness, electronic stability control (ESC), specific suspension settings and a four-disc braking system help put you in control whether on the most demanding road or enjoying the thrill of the track.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

The R.S. insignia on the front grille is a proud display of the Sandero R.S. 2.0’s rich motorsports heritage. That long-standing Renault Sports knowledge reflects throughout the car’s high performance features. The 17-inch alloy wheels offer stability in bends and high-speed safety, the airfoil and rear air diffuser provide greater stability and improve aerodynamics, while the double exhaust was exclusively designed to improve performance.

SMOOTH OUT YOUR RIDE

The Sandero R.S. 2.0’s suspension system was specifically created for the model. Stiffer springs, firmer shock absorbers and polyurethane impact absorbers combine lightness, durability, and ruggedness to minimise impact. With the added benefits from the ESC (electronic stability control) system, you’ll enjoy a comfortable ride on any surface, at any speed. By pushing the R.S. Drive button you can access 3 driving modes (Normal/Sport/SPort Plus).

PULL OUT THE STOPS

Renault Sports engineers designed a braking system on the Sandero R.S. 2.0 with intensive use and high resistance to heat in mind. The four-wheel brakes with ABS have large diameter 280mm discs on the front wheels and 240mm on the rear – meaning that when you need to slow down or stop, you can do so efficiently, quickly – and above all – safely.
