Renault Sport Formula One Team invited members of the international press, partners and leading figures from the world of motorsport to join them at London’s Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre for the launch of the first F1 to be jointly designed by the Enstone and Viry-Châtillon factories.
On arrival, guests could soak up the Renault Sport atmosphere and get a first glimpse of the brand’s new visual identity. They were also treated to six iconic models from Renault’s famous sports marque : cars from the current range, such as Clio R.S., Mégane GT and Twingo GT, rubbed shoulders with some of the models that have marked the brand’s history, such as Spider, Clio II V6 andMégane R.S. 275 Trophy-R.
Many of those present were unable to resist taking a selfie and posting pictures on social media using the hashtags #RS17Launch and #EnterTheZone… Nico Hülkenberg, Jolyon Palmer and Sergey Sirotkin, Renault Sport Formula One Team drivers, did likewise after the presentation of their new race car !
