Picture Perfect : Brazilian Grand Prix

As the drivers and their engineers walk the track prior to the weekend they may be deep in conversation about the kerbs, the braking points and grip levels but they are oblivious to the local wildlife that surround the Interlagos Circuit.
Every year Brazil throws up some surprises for photographers and it is not uncommon to be attacked by these birds as they protect their nesting young.
I noticed this feathered spectator during the track walk and by focusing on the bird and throwing the background out of focus I then just had to wait for it to open its wings as the team walk past in the distance.
