Picture Perfect : Chinese Grand Prix

I noticed that the cars were sparking a lot as they turned in for the apex at turn one. Some bumps in the track produced these big showers of sparks as the floor of the car bounces along the surface of the uneven track. I decided that the sparks would be at their best on the heavy fuel runs during FP3 and so aimed my lens to capture the cars from the rear. A fast shutter speed to freeze the car, along with a shallow depth of field to accentuate the flying sparks rewards with this dramatic shot.
