We normally see sparks flying at the F1 night races. However, the bumpy old school track of the Autodromo Di Monza can produce the same drama. This image is captured at the ultra-fast first Lesmo corner. The drivers attack the sweeping right-hander during FP2 whilst getting their set-up tweaked for qualifying. The hard work paid off with a great 4th and 5th position for Daniel and Nico in the race the next day. This shot is captured with a very slow shutter speed to exaggerate the golden sparks, and a smooth panning motion to retain detail in the car.
