Renault Sport Formula One Team and PerkinElmer, Inc. announce today a long-term extension to their existing technical collaboration.
PerkinElmer will continue to provide Renault Sport Formula One Team with its innovative detection, informatics and service capabilities to support performance characterisation of race car components.
A dedicated PerkinElmer scientific laboratory operates within the team’s Enstone facility where the latest thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy and imaging technologies are being used for proactive monitoring, issue prevention and to enhance the performance of the team’s F1 car, the Renault R.S.18.
